Introduction

These general conditions apply to your purchases, and your use of, www.lucaslexton.com website (the “Website”). The terms are an agreement between you and Lucas Lexton AB, reg. No. 559059-5152, Box 37, 44421, Stenungsund (hereinafter “Lucas Lexton”).
By making purchases from, and use the Website you agree to these terms. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions and before using our website.
To make the purchase through the website you must be 18 years old have parental consent. Such consent may be given by legal guardians who send their explicit permission to us by e-mail info@lucaslexton.com.

Confirmation

Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to simpilify any future contact with our support. Confirmation is also your proof that you have completed the purchase and impose a pecuniary.

Payment

You can choose to pay by debit or credit card or by invoice (administered via Klarna and applies only to deliveries in Sweden). You should be able to feel safe when you shop at lucaslexton.com, therefore, we use SSL encryption, which is the most common form of encryption. All personal information is protected from external intrusion and handled according to the provisions of the Personal Data Act.

Payment by card

Pay with your credit or debit card securely online. It is so safe it can be to pay with cards at us. Payment by invoice

Prices

All prices you see on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Countries that are not in the EU are subject to specific VAT and customs duties. In these cases, additional costs apply. Orders to countries outside the EU (except Norway) can be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes are charged when the package reaches the recipient. Lucaslexton.se ship your package according to the terms of delivery, Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means we can not account for VAT, duties and / or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we can not estimate how large these fees can be. Orders

Orders made in false name or without consent will be reported to the police. The same applies to any orders where Lucas Lexton suspected crimes. If we suffered economic damage we may claim damages.
Lucas Lexton reserves for any final sale and stock of the Website. If any of the goods you ordered would not be in stock, the item is deleted automatically from your order. Lucas Lexton reserves the right for that the goods displayed on the website may be deleted and for any typos on the website. In exceptional cases, there may be errors in promotions and prices Website. In these cases, we reserve the right to change or cancel the order. Return Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to return an order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without a reason (right of withdrawal). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear message about your decision to withdraw from the contract to Lucas Lexton (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Lucas Lexton will give you an address to send the goods to. Costs, such as freight and postage, etc., for returning the products are paid by you.

If you withdraw from this contract, Lucas Lexton will pay back any payments Lucas Lexton received from you, including also delivery charges (but not counting extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of any delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). The repayment will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when Lucas Lexton was informed of your decision to withdraw. Lucas Lexton may withhold reimbursement until Lucas Lexton received the goods or you have proven that the goods have been sent back. Lucas Lexton will use the same means of payment of the refund that you have used for your order, if you do not explicitly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
If the product and its packaging is returned in altered state, you are obliged to compensate any decrease in value.

Non picked up goods

If Lucas Lexton have sent ordered goods that are not picked up by the buyer, we reserve the right to charge for all our expenses incurred in connection with the return. This cost will be deducted from your payment before the difference is credited to you.

Warranty

The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, glass and Bouet). Other parts than the before mentioned items are not covered. To get an order for replacement under this warranty, please make a notification to info@lucaslexton.com. In your email, you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the current issue. Finally, write “return of purchase” in the subject line of your email.

Please note, however, that the costs will be for repairs / returns in the following cases. This also applies during the warranty period.

  • Problems or damage caused by inappropriate use or negligence (bruises, dents on the clock, broken glass, etc.)
  • Malfunction or damage caused by fire, water or natural disaster
  • Natural aesthetic changes caused by normal use or aging (minor scratches, changing the color of the band, flaking of the metal)
  • In case it is not clear from the guarantee to the watch where and when the clock has been purchased, or if this information has been changed on the warranty
  • If the warranty is not sent with the clock in connection with the complaint / repair
  • Cost will be taken for replacement of clock battery even during the warranty period.
  • The watchcase, clock face, watch glass and other parts can be replaced with replacement parts for original parts are not available.

This warranty guarantees that you can get free repairs / returns in accordance with the aforementioned conditions and within the time terms of the guarantee. The warranty does not limit any legal rights that apply to you as a customer.

Personal information

When you shop on the Website, we will process personal data (name, address and other information you provide in connection with your order) to be able to carry out your order. Deliveries and cancellations

Lucas Lexton delivers in Europe. Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days or as specified on the the Website or in your order. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the Swedish Post and its partners in other countries.
In the event that you as a customer feel that the supply of goods is so late that you no longer want to complete the purchase, you have the opportunity to make a cancellation. In the event that the item has already been shipped, you can no longer make a cancellation (this does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal as above). A cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation either by email or phone from Lexton Lucas.
If a product is no longer sold Lucas Lexton has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. Lucas Lexton will inform the customer about a return or where the corresponding products are available.

Customer Complaints

It is important that customers carefully examine the item when you received it. If your item is damaged during transport, you must report this as soon as possible to PostNord. This applies whether the case of a visible damage or not. If after receipt of the goods you discover that it is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, you should contact us within 14 days.
Any complaints should be made to the Lucas Lextons support on this website or info@lucaslexton.com. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to go about returning the goods.
Defective products returned to Lucas Lexton should still be handled carefully as if they were flawless. Regarding all returns in response to complaints it is very important that the product is packaged so that it can not be damaged during transport. In the event that a returned product has no error will Lucas Lexton charge a fee of SEK 100 in transportation costs.
If an item is to be replaced, this is done with a product of similar model. If a particular product is no longer in stock the customer has the right to a refund.
If you as a consumer find that a product you have purchased from us is wrong, but we do not agree with you, we have a dispute. To get this dispute heard you can contact the Consumer Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in dispute resolution process and follow ARN’s recommendations. Responsibility

For consumers, the Distance Contracts Act and customer purchase law is valid relating to the ordering and delivery. Lucas Lexton is not responsible in any way for any damage suffered by you in your business.
Lucas Lexton is not responsible for any errors or omissions relating to the Website, such as loss of data or other computer-related injuries, etc.

Force majeure

Lucas Lexton shall be exempt from civil liability or other sanctions as a result of circumstances beyond Lucas Lextons control. As such circumstances considered government intervention, new / amended laws, wars, fires, floods, interruption of work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, lack of delivery from suppliers or that Lucas Lexton or its partners would be subject to criminal Operation.

To the extent the law allows it to Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website, apart from the extent Lucas Lexton voluntarily choose to take legal action against a customer / user in his hometown.

Termination
